Tasks

-Assist the dispatchers upon their absence. -Process billing for open order jobs. -This job operates in a general office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. -Enter and update information in computer databases. -Assist the mechanics in completed their time tickets in the system to ensure proper pay. -Closing open order jobs to ensure proper cost is accounted for on the job. -Generate and maintain financial spreadsheets per the finance department. -Serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers.

What You Bring

-This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary. -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. -Ability to execute directions accurately and with speed. -At least one year of related experience required. -Excellent organizational skills and diligence. -Excellent verbal communication skills. -Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of communications systems. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Significant contact with mechanics and field staff -Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system and other communications methods and networks. -Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
