Tasks

-Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources including project management software, ERP systems, and field reports.• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as project timelines, budget adherence, labor productivity, and equipment usage.• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across construction projects.• Collaborate with planning and operations teams to forecast resource needs and project timelines.• Support cost estimation and budgeting through historical data analysis.• Assist in risk analysis by identifying potential delays or cost overruns using predictive models.• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Experience with SQL and data querying from relational databases. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field -Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus. -Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. -2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
