  • Drive project momentum with urgency, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Navigate operational complexities such as currency transactions, local contracting, and regional logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical and delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.
  • Oversee the rollout of vision systems for barcode reading, packaging/product inspections, defect detection, and track-and-trace functionality.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on automation solutions, with a focus on vision systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Navigate cross-border project dynamics, including cultural, logistical, and regulatory considerations.
  • Establish and refine processes where none currently exist to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Lead and manage multi-site vision system implementation projects, beginning with a pilot deployment at a U.S. manufacturing plant.
  • Manage global deployments across customer sites in Brazil, India, China, and Poland-ensuring consistency across similar manufacturing lines.
  • Conduct site visits (domestic and international) for assessments, integration planning, and post-deployment support.
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment and manage implementation at international sites, working closely with local system integrators (who handle physical installation) under your project oversight.
