In particular, if you are currently working towards gaining your MRICS qualification then this is an excellent team within which to continue your training and gain full professional qualification. They have an excellent track record already with this.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to progress and looking for good variety in workload. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in private practice or consultancy and with experience in project management / contract administration. The role would include delivering a variety of surveys, some drawing work, writing specification and preparing scopes of work as well as project management of the job to completion.
