Lead business process efficiency and ERP implementation for Carrier Rentals

Tasks

-Drive measurable improvements that support metrics for reporting to financial plans and other key KPI’s (i.e., REV, EBIT, Utilization, DTB, DTI, Under/Over Billings, Cash flow, etc.) -Develop value stream maps for the organization that will eliminate process waste through implementation of lean techniques -Creates Standard Work documentation to ensure standards are met and team members are properly equipped. -Lead special project for system upgrades that involve direct impact related to ERP, HR and Digital enhancements for the betterment of business operation onboarding, reporting and business processes -Support acquisition efforts as required to drive compliance of current standards and processes. -Lead design and implementation of new Enterprise Relationship Platform (ERP) for Rentals and Spot Coolers lines of business. -Participate in special projects with other business partner to provide enhancements and upgrades to existing application to improve business operation effectiveness. -Consults with and strategically advises key business stake holders to ensure both internal and external customers' needs are met. -Managing a remote team. -Create and implement strategically designed and formulated workflows and processes to enhance business operations for optimal use of resources and monthly business rhythms. -Oversight of functional teams/matrix organization. -Influencing up and across complex organizations. -Formulate, plans and teams to develop training material, and other activities to achieve world-class process flow.

What You Bring

-Successful incumbent must demonstrate behaviors aligned with The Carrier Way, including playing to win, achieving results, choosing speed, daring to disrupt. -2+ years of managing a P&L portfolio. -Proven success leading the identification and execution of business development initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships. -Ability to travel up to 40% domestically. -Track record and demonstrated skill communicating through influence both up and across complex, global organizations. -Bachelor’s degree. -Knowledge of and/or experience in HVAC industry and/or adjacent industries. -5+ years’ experience in Operations Management Experience. -Excellent analytical skills, including in-depth understanding of valuation methodologies. -2+ years’ experience process improvement. -Master’s degree. -3 + years people management experience. -Leading business or functional teams and strong communications skills.
