Tasks

-Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market. -Implement collection strategies to minimize evictions and delinquencies. -Adhere to all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures. -Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, striving for swift resolution. -Foster positive relationships with residents in your assigned portfolio. -Conduct move-out reconciliation, assess damages, and determine resident chargebacks in accordance with state laws. -Represent the company at eviction hearings and monitor HOA compliance.

Are you passionate about real estate and property management? We’re seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes. This role is pivotal in ensuring a superior resident experience, resolving customer service issues, optimizing resident retention, and processing documentation through the tenant lifecycle. -Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state’s real estate commission to engage in property management. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Experience with property management software a plus. -Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. -Strong tenant relationship management and negotiation skills. -Valid driver’s license required. -Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management, or a related field preferred. -High School Diploma/GED required.

The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year. Additional Compensation This position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments. The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $63,909.00 to $79,864.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
