Tasks

-Oversee installation and interpretation of geotechnical instrumentation and downhole testing programs. -Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex ground investigations. -Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across multidisciplinary teams (Hydrogeological, Environmental, Geomatics). -Support proposal development, client engagement, and project delivery strategies. -Mentor and supervise junior geologists and field technicians. -Drive innovation through digital tools and advanced field methodologies. -Ensure compliance with HSE standards and proactively improve safety practices.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geoscience or Geological Engineering. -Strong technical expertise in geotechnical instrumentation and ground investigation techniques. -Willingness to travel across Ontario and occasionally out-of-province. -Proven leadership in field operations and team management. -Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license. -Senior Field Geologist role, candidates must have 10+ years of proven Field Geologist experience in Ontario. -Minimum 10 years of progressive field geology experience, preferably in Ontario. -P.Geo. designation in good standing.
