Tasks

-Performing design calculations, plan preparation, material specifications, and quantity take-offs. -Designing system components for integration within overall project layouts. -Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables. -Adjusting and correlating project data and identifying discrepancies in results through detailed review processes. -Exercising limited judgment in selecting and adapting methods, procedures, and design alternatives. -Providing technical direction to support staff or drafting personnel as needed. -Applying prescribed engineering methods to complete specific portions of broader project assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2 years of single-family land development experience required. -Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a team environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Experience with regional design standards and municipal approval processes. -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks efficiently. -Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil design software tools.
