Tasks

-Maintain closing ratios -Aware of the surrounding to make sure that the property is kept in excellent condition -Process all rental paperwork -Help to manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events -Building brand loyalty by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive

What You Bring

-Sales aptitude -Sharp and professional appearance -A college degree (preferred but not required) -Ability to take a prospect from traffic to resident -Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred) -1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries -Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal -This role requires consistent weekend availability—weekend shifts are mandatory
