Tasks

-Maintain and organize all contract documents and daily reports -Support project start-up, closeout, and issue resolution -Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scheduling, logistics, and budgets -Prepare 3-week lookahead schedules, safety reports, incident logs, and material deliveries -Conduct and document pre-construction and subcontractor meetings -Oversee subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance with project timelines -Enforce all SBBCC safety and quality control procedures on site -Lead all on-site construction operations for assigned projects

We are looking for experienced Superintendents for commercial projects in the Hampton Roads area. This role leads all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
