Tasks

-Data-Driven Decisions: Support decision-making through data analysis, creating tools like Power BI reports and detailed process maps. -Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic priorities and technology roadmaps, building relationships at all levels. -Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct data collection and analysis to identify specific improvement opportunities, develop scoping documents, and determine project deliverables. -Process Improvement Initiatives: Participate in high-impact projects that align with our organizational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable change. -Identify Inefficiencies: Spot process inefficiencies and work closely with functional teams to develop solutions that drive efficiency and maximize value. -Stay Updated: Keep up with changing technologies and industry best practices to ensure we’re always improving. -Continuous Improvement Culture: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and managing change across departments.

What You Bring

-Experience using Six Sigma -Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferably in data analytics, management information systems, project management, business, or a related field. -Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (such as sponsorship for an H-1B, TN, O, L, STEM OPT, or other employment-based work authorization) -Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 8, 2026, or July 13, 2026 -Experience in data analysis -Experience using Power BI -Graduated between May 2025 and June 2026 -Valid driver’s license required with a safe driving history that meets National Grid’s Safe Driver policy
