Tasks

Carry out administrative checks on candidate eligibility and assessment documentation. Input and maintain accurate data, ensuring 100% accuracy in assessment results and records. Support with plagiarism checks and preparation of assessment centre materials. Contribute to process improvements and system testing, ensuring candidate experience is always front of mind. Collaborate with Finance on assessment-related enquiries. Work closely with external stakeholders, handling assessment logistics and providing a first-class service. Represent RICS at assessment centres, resolving queries from candidates and assessors.
