Tasks

-Reception & guest support: Provide a seamless front-of-house experience and assist with events -Creating a welcoming workplace: Walk the floor to support staff, maintain tidy shared spaces, and assist proactively where needed -Promoting safety & wellbeing: Report hazards, support fire procedures, and uphold Mitie's QHSE standards -Be the face of excellence – greet, assist, and support building occupants and visitors -Managing daily operations: Oversee mail, courier deliveries, stationery supplies, lockers, and kitchen areas -Supporting the team: Assist with reports, audits, service delivery reviews, and cover holidays/training periods -Point of contact for facilities issues: Log work orders, track requests, and coordinate solutions

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner -Experience in a hospitality, concierge, or front-of-house role is preferred -Confidence to follow procedures, uphold standards, and challenge service issues if needed
