Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier databases, and contract documentation. -Support contract administration activities including monitoring supplier performance and compliance. -Assist in market research and benchmarking to identify competitive suppliers and innovative procurement solutions. -Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation including Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and tender packages. -Prepare procurement status reports and contribute to project progress reviews. -Support evaluation of supplier and contractor proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements. -Participate in supplier negotiations under guidance of senior staff. -Coordinate with internal engineering, project management, and commercial teams to align procurement activities with project objectives.
