Tasks

-Analyze and manage space utilization across multiple Army Reserve facilities. -Prepare and deliver professional reports and presentations to senior leadership. -Support force stationing actions—identifying, documenting, and analyzing relocation opportunities. -Evaluate requests from external entities for facility use and make informed recommendations. -Conduct data-driven studies to optimize use of personnel, equipment, and facility space. -Assist in developing space and area master plans to support three-year strategic planning goals.

What You Bring

-Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. -Travel: 25-30% for meetings, briefings, and field assessments. -Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. -Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets. -2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training. -Experience with military or federal real property planning is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in a related field (planning, data analytics, business, or engineering).
