Tasks

-Conduct RFP for the right Technology choice; -Define Network & Security Infrastructure services; -Ensure Standard and Cybersecurity rules are respected. -Arrange webinars on major features and changes concerning CI/CD Services delivered; -Maintain the Product lifecycle; -Ensure proper level of Backup; -Assume level 3 support on the Services; -Define service Monitoring, backup, service Request and support escalation path; -Ensure transition to operations of the Services; -Produce KPI based on services delivered; -Design and maintain new Network and Security Services; -Contribute to Cost optimization of Managed Services; -Ensure proper documentation; -Contribute to Security Audits and Remediation. -Respect Cyber requirements for Service design; -Ensuring proper transition of run activities to service partner operational teams; -Contribute to the billing & chargeback model proposed to the customer; -Present Feature creation, updates or improvement to the Design Authority and Architecture Review Board; -Operation and maintenance of buildings and equipment (including district heating and cooling); -Ensure level 3 support with vendors escalation when required; -Ensure proper monitoring defining the monitoring rules; -Create KPI Dashboards for services;

What You Bring

-At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in a company of similar size; -Computer engineering degree or equivalent; -Sense of service and quality; -Location: Canada, preferred (near) Montreal or Toronto; -Level of spoken and written English: Advanced; -Expertise in Site to Site VPN (Fortinet, Cisco); -Ability to work in collaboration with an external provider; -Good knowledge of ITIL and Demand Management: Projects, Release/Change Management, Operations processes; -Building automation and systems; -Expertise in Wifi solution (Cisco Meraki, Juniper); -Good knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure); -Level of spoken and written French: Advanced; -Logical and analytical mind; -Knowledge of other IT infrastructure domains: desktop, identity management (AD, Entra ID, SSO, MFA), messaging and collaboration (O365) and cyber security; -Energy efficiency solutions and execution of decarbonization roadmaps; -Ability to work as part of a team, both in person and remotely; -Ability to interact with people at all levels and cultures; -Expertise in Routing & Switching (CCIE R&S required, Juniper switching); -Strong organizational and coordination skills; -Good Knowledge in NAC Solution (Cisco ISE); -Frequency of English use: Regular. -KPI Dashboards; -Need to have Canadian citizenship for at least 5 years; -Good Knowledge in SD WAN Solutions (Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Viptela); -Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings; -Expertise in Firewalling (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto); -Good communicator; -Ability to identify problems and propose/evaluate solutions. -Expertise in Zscaler; -A certification is highly recommended (Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Azure, ZScaler); -A representative experience in handling relationships with external service providers; -Agile and adaptable;
