What You Bring

-Adaptability to navigate organizational change, including new systems and processes. -Strong techno-functional expertise, including system configurations, scripting, workflows, and customizations in NetSuite. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work with ambiguity during ERP transitions. -Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft). -Experience with other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. -Proven experience in ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -A strategic mindset with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. -10+ years of experience working in finance systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience. -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or NetSuite Analytics. -Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FP&A) and how they map to ERP systems. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
