Tasks

-Maintain and organize the service yard, warehouse, and training areas to meet operational, security, and EQS standards. -Conduct inspections and maintenance on transformer equipment, generators, trucks, trailers, and arrange proper disposal of hazardous and operational materials. -Familiarization of DOT standards for vehicle maintenance and inspections. -Support warehouse operations including pulling, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and ordering consumables for GT SV Parts and Selma Service teams. -Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of field technical equipment and maintain inventory records (TCTP) for service equipment. -Assist Fleet Specialist with service vehicle logistics, maintenance, and CDL-type vehicle handling. -Coordinate equipment setup for transformer crews and assist with outfitting or decommissioning service trailers and tractor trailers.

What You Bring

-Skilled in Microsoft office products (Power Point, Word and Excel). -General electrical and safety familiarity. -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -General warehousing / plant operations experience -Class A CDL required. -3+ years’ experience in SAP (PT2) / Inventory management system.
