Overview
Manage design, supply, and installation of commercial kitchen projects across SE sites.

Tasks
-Coordinating the design, supply, and installation for Commercial catering equipment. -Completing quotations using our in-house quoting system as required. -Hold accountability for project spend, ensuring this is kept within agreed budget. -Attend site meetings from initial brief through to Handover. -Complete accurate site surveys taking all information necessary to allow our design department to produce accurate kitchen drawings. -Manage lead times, working with the wider team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. -Proactively identify and propose ideas that will improve internal operations and increase productivity. -Work collectively with the team to ensure both department and personal KPI’s are achieved. -Arrange regular update meetings with the client and develop solid working relationships.

Job Summary: Working primarily on our largest account, this is a key role within our Pub retail team, overseeing multiple sites for our client across the South-East. The successful candidate will have a background in the commercial catering equipment sector, demonstrating both excellent project management and client management skills. -Strong communication and ability to work as team player. -Proven success in developing key customer relationships. -Project management experience within the Commercial Catering Sector. -Previous career experience within a Design/Draughtsman role, would be highly beneficial. -Comfortable working within a fast-paced business and meeting tight deadlines. -Flexible with frequent travel to customer sites.
