Tasks

-Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. -Ensuring compliance with ITT requirements and deadlines. -Translating complex technical information into clear and engaging content. -Creating persuasive, client-focused content for complex bids and proposals. -Editing, proofreading, and ensuring the overall quality of submissions. -Maintaining a high standard of attention to detail. -Collaborating with bid managers and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies. -Coaching and mentoring junior bid team members. -Conducting research and gathering evidence to support proposal content. -Assisting bid/no-bid decisions and strategy meetings.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, or a related field. -Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. -Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bid writer in a similar professional services environment. -Full UK driving licence (essential due to office location). -Strong research and analytical capabilities. -Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with Adobe InDesign. -Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -APMP Accreditation -Understanding of UK procurement legislation.
