Processing of all the invoices pertaining to AMC services, repair & maintenance and supply of spares etc., and submitting to finance team after all due diligence such as applicable statutory, Delivery Challan and Job completion etc., and ensure timely payment to the serve providers.
Conduct the subject related technical (workshop) training to supervisors / Technicians to enhance the competency & capability.
Coordinating with Safety, security, finance, Compliance, Stores and Training department for adherence and compliance of safety and to ensure smooth operations of the building.
Conduct daily review meeting with supervisors/ Technicians to assign the jobs & monitor day-to-day activities.
Responsible for entire operation & maintenance of building services including water, energy, AC, ventilations, Cleanliness of common areas and Landscaping of peripheral areas etc.,
Ensure customer care client complaints to be addressed as per stipulated time frame.
Ensure all submission of reports / documents as per stipulated time frame.
