Tasks

You would work independently while ensuring projects are completed according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Manage all on-site construction activities. -Control budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on time projects delivery. -Resolve on-site conflicts or issues that may arise during construction. -Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any issues or concerns. -Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and manage documentation. -Ensure project quality and safety is held to a high standard and in line with regulation.
