What You Bring

-California Professional Engineering License. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater engineering. -Proven track record of sales success, generating at least $5 million annually, and possess established relationships with clients and colleagues throughout Southern California’s municipal market. -Experience managing the full client relationship lifecycle—from pursuit through project delivery—is essential, as is expertise in selling water/wastewater engineering services to municipal clients. -Excellent client relationship skills, including experience preparing proposals and managing client expectations. -15 years of sales and business development experience within the municipal water and wastewater market
