Rotational 18‑month graduate program in power & grid tech across multiple functions and sites.

Tasks

-Be customer and society focused as working closely with your rotational managers to achieve all business goals you are expected to deliver, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create new values and working with exciting technologies in our domain space (e.g; HVDC, transformers, grid protection and control, HV circuit breakers, etc.) and the advancements which we can transfer from other sectors (examples range from plasma physics to software architecture). -Analyses information to generate new solutions and ideas. -Be the People Champion of the program as promoting the program internally and externally using your network and available tools and channels and build building your leadership potential through commitment to Our Leadership Pillars (inspiring engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and trust). -Fosters team cohesion, maintains good working relationships. -Cultivate our Diversity 360 mindset and incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion into your daily work. -You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership potential and personal ownership. -No more than 0- 2 years of professional experience by the start date. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Math) related degrees e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems engineering or a related discipline. -Should be a local citizen of [Saudi Arabia]. -Excellent communication skills in English – to be able to communicate with colleagues from across the globe; additional languages are considered as an advantage.
