Site Operative handling daily housekeeping and supporting site team.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Erect and maintain that all signage is in place and up to date -Maintain sales presentation. -Ensure that are materials are put away and stored correctly -Provide assistance to the site team and specialised trades -Ensure that a clean and safe place of work is maintained inside the plots at all times -Supporting getting plots ready for NHBC Inspections -Keep walkways clear / traffic management -Maintain site presentation. -Cleaning and maintaining site welfare -Maintain protection of 2nd fix items. -Maintain and develop pedestrian walkways throughout the development -Maintain safe access and egress to the welfare facilities. -Opening and locking up site and plots at the start and end of the working day. -Supervise the unloading of delivery’s
