Tasks

-Embed Social Value propositions into bid proposals. -Build Strategic Relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels to facilitate execution of bids and maintain these relationships throughout the project lifecycle. -Work closely with BD and other functions, to ensure that the proposition is integrated within a wider offering to the market. -Support business case development for new or improved propositions. -Support Business Development in identifying growth opportunities. This includes collaborating with business development teams to identity and pursue new market opportunities. -Drive strategy and proposition development in support of the specific opportunities.

What You Bring

-Experience of devising win strategies addressing client needs based upon the principles of large-scale structured procurement. -Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations throughout the bid process. -The ability to combine commercial analysis with early-stage concepts to provide effective bid qualification. -Experience of building large virtual teams quickly and leading them a pressurised environment with the ability to respond constructively to conflicting priorities
