-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams. -Proven track record in quantity surveying, with a deep understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and contract management. -Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably within the construction industry.
