- Oversee the GC’s fit-out engineering for Zone 3, ensuring compliance with the project, design, and quality requirements for all interior spaces.
- Escalate technical or delivery issues to the PMC PD and the project.
- Ensure integration of fit-out works with other disciplines, facilitating coordination between the GC, CSC, and design consultants for technical queries and approvals.
- Oversee and coordinate review of shop drawings, installation details, material selections, and supplier qualifications with the CSC.
- Monitor the CSC’s inspection and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client.

- Extensive years of experience.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
