-Drive efficiency and uphold premium standards on every project. -Ensure compliance with MCS, HIES, and other industry standards. -Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communications. -Lead and manage multiple installation teams each week across solar PV, battery storage, and EV charger projects. -Report on performance, progress, and upcoming installations. -Collaborate with office staff and directors to improve processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to take ownership of multiple installation teams and drive projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be the key link between the office, engineers, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. -Ability to commute to Cardiff (CF10 3AF) -Excellent organisational and communication skills -Proven track record managing multiple installs and teams per week -Minimum 5 years’ experience in solar PV and battery storage project management
