Tasks

-Listens and asks questions to ensure understanding -Organizes self, people and activities for standard -Arrange and coordinate business travel for managers, directors or other division heads. -Coordinate department meetings; arrange use of conference rooms. -Document and follow up organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. -Identifies priorities for self (and team) and develops effective schedules -Serve as a contact to employees, investors or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization. -Timely provides information that people need to do their job well -Coordinate managers’ schedules and arrange appointments and establish agendas. -Identifies potential issue(s) in an existing process -Screen managers' phone calls and incoming mail.
