-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. -Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations. -Manage all stages of the contract life-cycle, from negotiation through to project completion. -Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate and prevent risks. -Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and financial status. -Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize profitability.

We are seeking a strong Contract and Commercial Manager to oversee the contract processes and commercial strategies for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a solid background in engineering project management. This position is critical for ensuring the successful management of our projects and building strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors. Dynamic and Experienced Contract & Commercial Manager Wanted! -Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and at least 5 years of experience in this area. -Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. -Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite. -Experience in contract management within the Middle Eastern construction sector. -At least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management within the construction industry. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Construction Management or Contract Law.
