-Support the monitoring of project costs, variations, and cash flow. -Work closely with the Senior QS, with clear opportunities to take on more responsibility over time. -Engage with the project team and stakeholders on commercial matters. -Take an active role in cost reporting and valuations. -Assist with procurement and subcontractor management.

What You Bring

-Strong organisational and communication skills. -Experience as an AQS or Graduate QS with a main contractor (Prime Residential specialist or large reputable contractor preferred). -Ideally some refurbishment, heritage, or prime residential experience.
