Tasks

We’re excited to be looking for a new Learning & Development Specialist to join our team where you’ll design, develop, deliver and evaluate effective solutions that support Abri's corporate and strategic objectives - and we need you! No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll be responsible for project streams within L&D and deliver coaching to colleagues and managers across the business where there’s a need. Remember, we want to do things even better and make Abri a great place to work! You’ll act as the subject matter expect working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to advise and propose solutions that deliver value for money, improved performance in line with objectives, and to provide solutions that are aligned to our strategy whilst helping move Abri towards a learning culture.
