Tasks

-Provide training to associates on new and existing processes. -Review KPIs for consistent performance and process improvement. -Help guide and make decisions on questions from Aftermarket teams to ensure alignment with company policy and procedure for consistency purposes. -Support customer maintenance contracts and machine health to include contract invoicing, managing financials, scheduling services, and write recommendations on identified issues. -Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC. -Collaborates with data analysts to analyze data and create reports that business decisions can be derived from. -Works with management and product support to initiate and execute improvement projects.

What You Bring

-1-3 years of industry experience in product support preferred. -A mechanical aptitude is preferred. -Creative and innovative problem solving abilities. -Proficient in MS Office and related software. -Excellent attention to detail -Basic Accounting knowledge. -A bachelor's degree in a business or process improvement-related field is preferred. -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
