The Role
Overview
Assist PM with docs, QA/QC, scheduling, submittals and reporting for high‑voltage projects.

-Preparing official documents for the project, routing and finalizing -Back up documentation -Preparing scheduling of subcontractors on site -Receiving and checking quality of materials -Preparing projects reports as needed

What You Bring
-Experience with Project Management systems, such as Procore, Build2Win, MS Project and/or P6 and, HCSS -2 to 4 years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management. -Ability to read and understand contracts. -Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with Microsoft processing tools including MS Word and Excel. -Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. -Ability to communicate well with others, both written and orally. -Completing QA/QC checklists -Understanding of CPM scheduling. -Functional knowledge of job cost accounting. -High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. preferred). A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. -Must be capable of up to 75% travel (e.g. 3 weeks or 15 days per month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing. -RFI’s (general questions) -Detail oriented, good organization skills.
