Tasks

-Facilitate all required approvals for technical implementations and releases. -Lead project delivery end-to-end, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to meet milestones and objectives. -Participate in testing and validation to confirm requirements are met. -Provide transparent project visibility through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates. -Identify and escalate blockers, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track. -Maintain accountability across teams to deliver commitments on schedule. -Partner with technical and business leads to align delivery against broader goals and the digital roadmap. -Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear KPIs/OKRs. -Develop and maintain project management artifacts such as project plans, risk logs, change management documents, and status reports.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within technology, sports, media, or entertainment organizations. -Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.). -Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy. -Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities. -Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business teams. -Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization. -Highly organized self-starter who follows through on commitments and sets the example for others. -Experience managing large-scale technical integrations and multi-stakeholder projects. -Skilled in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
