The Role
Overview
Assist with surveying, CAD, project management, permits, research, and budgeting.

Tasks
-Assist with client communications -Assist with project management -Perform utility records research -Manage project documents -File any regulatory documents for projects (i.e. railroad permits) -Assist with managing project budgets -Perform property records research (online and courthouse visits) -Perform CAD work on projects as needed -Assist with scheduling -Perform survey field work as needed

What You Bring
-OSHA and TWIC credentials preferred but not required. If hired, need to be eligible for both at a minimum -LSI preferred but not required -Must have AutoCAD Civil 3D software experience -Minimum years of Land Survey Experience: 3 years -Ability to line code topographic field work data collection -HS Diploma or equivalent -Ability to travel some. Likely no more that 4-5 days/month -Familiar with LADOTD project scope and specifications -Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center, Microstation InRoads or OpenRoads Designer CAD experience a plus but not required
