- Collaboration: Work independently but quick to ask questions and draw upon the best internal, customer, and industry resources to meet customer requirements accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain healthy, long term, professional relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and industry partners. Collaborate on project designs, drawings and visual aids using standard computations and analysis.
- Communication: Communicate effectively in person and in writing to keep customers, contractors, and project team well informed of pertinent information in a timely manner. Assumes responsibility for filling in gaps in customer communication
- Load calculations: Determining dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic loads, etc.
- Project Support: Independently perform routine technical work in accordance with prescribed techniques and procedures. Information and data management related to projects and project management. Ensure project team members create deliverables that meet or exceed the customer's expectations and standards.
- Innovation:Foster an environment where new ideas are discussed and developed collaboratively. They will help others overcome resistance to change. The candidate will be dedicated to creating solutions to customers' problems.

- Technical Skills: Relevant course experience could include:

- Experience: No experience outside of an engineering degree is required for this position.

- Structural analysis: Understanding how loads affect structures using methods like finite element analysis (FEA).
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a structural or civil engineering field, Certification: FE preferred
