JR Estimator-CAD Engineer

Overview

Assist with CAD/BIM takeoffs, drafting, and estimation support for construction projects.

Tasks

-Draft alignment sheets, site plans, grading, and elevations -Perform CAD drafting and design in line with company standards -Provide CAD/BIM modeling and quantity takeoff support -Create support graphics for reports and team meetings -Manage and coordinate SketchUp and Revit models -Assist with Revit training and ongoing team support -Collaborate with estimators and project managers on design elements -Meet deadlines and maintain punctuality -Support assembly and review of construction plans for bid accuracy

What You Bring

-Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related drafting/technical training -Understanding of construction and design fundamentals -2+ years of experience with SketchUp, TEKLA, Revit, and AutoCAD -Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM software -Strong basic math skills and familiarity with scale rulers
