Tasks

Support healthcare construction projects from start to finish! Assist in managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining operational continuity in occupied facilities. Responsibilities include supervising daily construction activities, reading and interpreting plans, ensuring OSHA compliance, managing mechanical/electrical work, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

💪 Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction, preferably as an Assistant Superintendent; healthcare experience preferred -Ability to read blueprints and technical plans -Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills -Hands-on field experience supervising subcontractors and schedules -Detail-oriented, adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Healthcare construction experience and knowledge of ICRA standards -Experience in commercial construction, preferably as an Assistant Superintendent
