Tasks

-Oversee scholarship and development programs for early talents. -Manage the identification and development of high-potential employees including annual talent review cycle and succession planning. -Partner with business leaders and HR teams to plan and execute talent movement strategies. -Curate job rotations, mobility opportunities, and career pathways to support talent growth. -Track and evaluate talent progression, providing insights and reports for leadership. -Recommend and implement improvements to enhance talent development initiatives.

What You Bring

-Prior coaching experience or knowledge of assessment tools is preferred. -6–10 years of experience in talent management or leadership development. -Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline. -Strong stakeholder management and program design skills. -Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
