Tasks

Contribute to the delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments from day one. You’ll gain exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle - from early-stage cost planning through to procurement and post-contract support. Assisting with preparation of budget estimates and elemental cost plans Supporting tender analysis and contractor appointment processes Supporting value engineering and feasibility assessments Working with project teams to understand design and cost impacts Helping to prepare tender documentation Assisting with the preparation of contract documents Supporting change control processes and cost forecasting Monitoring project costs and preparing payment recommendations Attending site and progress meetings with the project team
