Assist with estimating, subcontractor outreach, and bid management for construction projects.

-Manages responses to invitations to bid. -Lists projects on plum hub and blue book -Builds effective relationships subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups -Attend subcontractor networking events. -Reviews project plans and specifications

What You Bring

-Possess some knowledge of the construction industry. -High School Diploma or GED equivalent. -Knowledge and experience using Microsoft suite (excel and word specifically) and willing to learn additional computer software's. -Ability to be a self-starter and also work within a team environment. -Possess mathematical and computer skills. -Ability to be a team member, and work in a team environment. -Ability to communicate and perform in a highly stressed environment. -Ability to meet deadlines and work time commensurate with workload. -Cold calling sub-contractors with 50+ phone calls daily. -Comfortable sitting for long periods of team throughout the day.
