Overview
Assist ecosystem manager with procurement, supplier performance & compliance for water pipelines.

Tasks
-Complete supplier visits to aid knowledge -Complete and participate in supplier performance reviews -Complete tender analysis -Support the integration and compliance of supply chain partners -Monthly reporting of compliance and highlighting areas of concerns -Influencing and challenging internal stakeholders -Managing an end to end procurement process -Support delivery teams’ procurement requirements; -Managing supplier compliance and associated systems -Managing supplier performance -Use reporting to improve supplier performance -Write recommendation reports. -Own data with IAND and ensure 100% compliance of Supply Chain Ecosystem Partners, including but not limited to insurance and accreditations -Obtain quotations and -Complete and regularly review category management plans -Visit and work from SPA sites as required

What You Bring
-Ability to deal with a high volume workload and meet strict deadline -CIPS level 4 or willingness to work towards -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement role -Problem solve issues within the supply chain process
