Supply Executive

Overview

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage daily operations, track progress, and resolve issues.

Tasks

-Ticket closures on the System for all issues that have been resolved by Ops or Supply Team. -Raising Tickets on escalations that need to be resolved by the Ops Team. -Aligned across BUs and fill periodic reports on a given dashboard. -Involved in coordination majorly based out of the Office. -Validate and Summarise previous day's activities for progress. -Managing Internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What You Bring

-0 to 2 years of experience in any domain. -Minimum of 13 years of Academics. -Experience in coordinating with vendors & supervisors on daily operations is an added advantage. -Would need to be computer literate. -Good communication in the local language and English. -Confident and energetic in terms of handling calls and front facing situations. -Previous exposure to Customer Support / Call Centre can be a plus.
