The Role

Overview

Provide on‑site troubleshooting and repair of power distribution systems for data‑center clients.

Tasks

Provide on-site support for troubleshooting and repairing Anord Mardix power distribution systems installed in data warehouses. Maintain detailed service logs, customer communication records, and travel documentation using company-provided systems and tools. Act as the primary point of contact with customers during field service calls—displaying strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Coordinate with internal engineering and customer service teams to resolve issues in the field efficiently. Perform system diagnostics, AC/DC power troubleshooting, and break/fix services on electrical panels and power systems.

What You Bring

Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting fundamentals—experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is a plus. Comfortable working in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills. Must be flexible and dependable, willing to work OT and handle emergency call-ins. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems, ideally high-voltage or AC/DC power distribution. Travel 100% regionally using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed); expected workload of 40–50 hours/week with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays (always on-call). Prior military experience is highly preferred.

Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, PTO with blackout dates, OT (1.5x), Company Credit Card (for gas, food, parking), 401K Hire Type: Direct Hire Must use personal vehicle for travel; $6K annual car allowance included in hourly rate. Salary: $35-$45/hr (includes $6K car allowance) + 5% Bonus
