Tasks

-Secure oversize permits -Receive and track orders for rental equipment -Schedule, track and log equipment moves to and from the projects -Manage equipment inspections to conform with environmental compliance policies -Equipment forecasting -Issue fuel PIN’s -Manage the company lease plan; including vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance -Oversee the fleet’s Fast track account -Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program -Track oil sample reports -Monthly equipment billing to the project -Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the company equipment fleet -Track and schedule upcoming PM’s -Review timecards -Run MVR’s -Help review DVI’s -Assist with documentation of outside rentals -Create utilization reports

What You Bring

-High School diploma or equivalent is required -AP/Code invoices -D.O.T. Compliance -Technical or vocational training is preferred -Track fuel dispensing -At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry or warehouse setting is a plus -CARB compliance
