We have a new 12-month Secondment Opportunity for a Commercial Procurement Contract Team Leader in our Network Maintenance & Operational Support portfolio where you'll drive procurement excellence and foster a collaborative, transparent environment. You'll lead a team of skilled Category and Sourcing Specialists, ensuring their success in delivering key procurement outcomes.

  • Lead a high-performing procurement team to deliver business programs and objectives aligned with customer needs and strategy.
  • Provide expert advice, clear direction, and technical guidance to ensure team success.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive consistency in category and sourcing processes, utilising systems, tools, and templates effectively.
  • Organise resources strategically to achieve key outcomes and deliverables.
  • Promote innovation and a culture of excellence in procurement practices.
  • Ensure thorough documentation supports category strategies and sourcing events.
