Tasks
-Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees -Implements the quality assurance process to ensure outcomes received meet compliance measures -Performs audits of internal document controls systems to assess compliance to Company standards, project-specific requirements and health check reviews of peer projects -Performs activities as assigned to achieve document controls-related goals and objectives, including legacy data migration efforts, data assessment and cleanup, user acceptance testing, and technical support of related systems

What You Bring
-Experience supervising a team -Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority -Preferred: Quality or Lean Management experience (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) -Preferred: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of ten (10) years oil and gas industry knowledge -Required: High school diploma/GED; a minimum of eight (8) years oil and gas industry knowledge -Preferred: Ability to train and teach others -Comprehension of the inter-relationship of Deliverables Management and project business functions such as cost, schedule, procurement and contracting -Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook -Ability to navigate and comprehend an Electronic Deliverables Management System environment -Understanding of Deliverables Management processes for engineering and supplier deliverables
