Tasks

-Empower our internal teams. Build tools that make our operations and handyperson team faster, smarter, and happier, transforming the way we coordinate work across thousands of homes. -Collaborate deeply with operators. To move quickly, build strong relationships with the teams closest to our members and handypeople, and learn how to independently get feedback on product initiatives and triage issues that emerge. -Ship high-quality contributions to our backend, web, and mobile products. Frequently deliver high-quality, delightful product experiences make a positive impact on achieving our goals, such as new member sign-ups, engagement, and retention. This is an opportunity to put your stamp on long-term vision and architecture of critical products. -Shape our engineering team culture. What You Bring

-You’re an experienced full-stack developer. You’ve built and shipped meaningful products across the stack. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, TypeScript, Google Cloud, or React will help you contribute immediately, but ability and excitement to quickly learn is much more important to us. -You’re energized by ambiguity and complexity. We are a fast-moving startup tackling complicated problems, and you’ve been successful on similar teams. You have the ability to independently balance speed and scrappiness with long-term technical excellence.
